Royal Marines Rifle Association Membership to the Royal Marines Rifle Association is open to all serving members of the Royal Marines borne on the books of HM Ships and establishments. Reserve personnel and members of other Services on exchange duty may take part in the area Skill At Arms Meeting, and are eligible for selection to represent the Royal Marines at the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Skill At Arms meeting held annually at Bisley. However, only regular Royal Marines personnel and Reserve personnel engaged on Full-time Reserve Service (FTRS) commitments can compete for the award of HM The Queen's Medal. The 2008 area Combat Shooting Competition will take place in September subject to operational commitments. Contact the Captain for further details.
